The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova

Late one night, exploring her father’s library, a young woman finds an ancient book and a cache of yellowing letters addressed ominously to ‘My dear and unfortunate successor’. Her discovery plunges her into a world she never dreamed of – a labyrinth where the secrets of her father’s past and her mother’s mysterious fate connect to an evil hidden in the depths of history.

Boys from Brazil By Ira Levin Book and a movie Review

Feeling in a bit of a rut in how I choose which book to read, I decided to give my reading life a bit of a boost to this end I have been doing some of the reading rush 2019 challnges which is happening this week. One of them was to read a book and watch the movie, as readers we all know that the book is nearly always better then the film, but I decided to both read the and wach the movie with an open mind.
